“Which screens at the downtown store are offline, and what were they last playing?”
Upload media from a link, build playlists and campaigns, organise folders, set up data feeds, interactivity and configured web apps.
“Make a playlist of this week's promo images, 10 seconds each, and put it in the Promotions folder.”
Create layouts from templates, duplicate and resize zones, set what plays in each zone and move a campaign to a different layout.
“Split the lobby campaign into a main zone and a ticker along the bottom.”
Publish campaigns, playlists, content, compositions and web apps to players or groups, with date ranges, daily time windows and player tags.
“Show the breakfast menu on all kitchen screens from 7 to 11 am on weekdays.”
Claim new players, change player settings, request diagnostics and reboot a screen.
“Reboot the reception screen and tell me when it's back online.”
Generate reports, check ad campaigns and proof of play, and check content against ADA guidelines.
“How many times did the summer ad play last week, and on which screens?”
The assistant signs in with your SignageX account and can only do what your own role allows, in your own organisation.
On the sign-in screen you decide whether it may create and edit, publish, manage players or delete. Viewing is always included.
Publishing, rebooting and deleting are marked as changes, so the assistant asks you first. Deletes show what will be affected before anything is removed.
Remove access from Developer options → Connected apps in your SignageX dashboard, or remove the connector in your assistant.
Set up your account and screens, then let your assistant help run them.
